W3 Infini ATEX – Atex Zone 22 certified three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner

The ATEX-certified W3 infini Z22 three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner is the ideal solution for cleaning and vacuuming dust and debris in industrial workplaces classified as Atex Zone 22 Dust (3D), where a reliable, efficient and space-saving vacuum cleaner is needed. It is available in 2.2kW and 4kW versions. The aspirator is equipped with a cast aluminum suction unit of the side channel blower type, in which the impeller is fixed directly on the motor shaft, and without transmission systems: this almost completely reduces wear on the components and the consequent maintenance needs. These characteristics, together with the silence, make the engine particularly suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day), and allow it to develop a very high vacuum, higher than transmission systems of similar power. Two turbine models are available, 2.2 and 4kW. The control panel of the aspirator consists of a push-button panel, containing a thermomagnetic switch, in compliance with the ATEX directive. A vacuum gauge allows you to constantly check the level of depression and the saturation state of the filter, and to promptly detect any anomalies. A double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air. The turbine is equipped with a vacuum relief valve. If the maximum vacuum is reached due to a blocked tube, it allows ambient air to enter the turbine to cool it. SILOVAC 100T is our three-phase suction silo, ideal for suctioning solids and dust. Its intelligent design allows it to integrate into the production plant as needed. Its modularity is highly valued by professionals who want to make the most of the silo’s capacity and not compromise on its suction power. It is equipped with a three-phase turbine that enables low maintenance and is constructed with the durable materials for continuous use. The SILOVAC 600 industrial vacuum cleaner is a model of silo vacuum cleaner with a three-phase motor, suitable for constant and long-lasting use, requiring little maintenance thanks to its three-phase turbine. Constructed of the most durable materials, it can be integrated into a centralized vacuum system, customizing it with size and power to perfectly match the needs of the individual production facility. The square structure of the vacuum cleaner allows up to 600 liters of vacuumed material to be stored inside. Ideal for the removal and disposal of solids and dust. Telescoping frame with forklift grips ensures maximum safety in transport and during maintenance work. The machine is equipped with a CE-compliant metal electrical panel with 10m neoprene rubber cable with 63amp plug with star delta starting. All metal parts of the vacuum cleaner are epoxy powder coated. Available in Airflow version with high airflow turbine or High vacuum version with high vacuum turbine and ATEX certified version. The suction is generated by a side channel blower with direct coupling between the fan and the drive shaft without any transmission system. The SILOVAC 600 PRO industrial vacuum cleaner is a silo vacuum model with a three-phase motor, suitable for removing large amounts of material and discharging it directly into big-bags or collection drums. The frame, which can be forklifted as standard, ensures maximum safety during transport and during maintenance work. All metal parts of the vacuum cleaner are epoxy powder coated. The suction is generated by a side channel blower with a power of 7.5 kW. Maintenance-free, this machine is suitable for continuous activity. The class L PTFE-coated polyester filter is protected inside the steel filter chamber and guarantees a filtration efficiency of 3 microns.
