W3 Infini ATEX – Atex Zone 22 certified three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner
The ATEX-certified W3 infini Z22 three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner is the ideal solution for cleaning and vacuuming dust and debris in industrial workplaces classified as Atex Zone 22 Dust (3D), where a reliable, efficient and space-saving vacuum cleaner is needed.
It is available in 2.2kW and 4kW versions.
The aspirator is equipped with a cast aluminum suction unit of the side channel blower type, in which the impeller is fixed directly on the motor shaft, and without transmission systems: this almost completely reduces wear on the components and the consequent maintenance needs. These characteristics, together with the silence, make the engine particularly suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day), and allow it to develop a very high vacuum, higher than transmission systems of similar power.
Two turbine models are available, 2.2 and 4kW.
The control panel of the aspirator consists of a push-button panel, containing a thermomagnetic switch, in compliance with the ATEX directive. A vacuum gauge allows you to constantly check the level of depression and the saturation state of the filter, and to promptly detect any anomalies. A double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air.
The turbine is equipped with a vacuum relief valve. If the maximum vacuum is reached due to a blocked tube, it allows ambient air to enter the turbine to cool it.
All electrical parts comply with the ATEX 94/9/EC directive and are suitable for Group II – Category 3D (Zone 22)
W3 infini
The W 3 Infini is a multipurpose industrial vacuum cleaner.
This wheeled vacuum cleaner easily integrates into all industries where there is a need for fine dust extraction, thanks to its powerful three-phase turbine and large surface area polyester filter.
Effective, space-saving, does not need extraordinary maintenance, and can work continuously in various industries: mechanics, cleaning companies, pharmaceuticals, cement factories.
The superior performance of the side-channel turbine and excellent solid and liquid collection capacity are the hallmarks of the vacuum cleaner.
Possibility to equip the vacuum cleaner with HEPA H14 absolute filter, with 99.995% efficiency certified with DOP test for fine and impalpable dust.
