The W2 AIR model is the most multipurpose industrial air vacuum cleaner in the range. Equipped with a powerful, maintenance-free Venturi unit, it is suitable for use in places where compressed air is preferable to electricity, or as part of a budget strategy to save on the cost of electricity when energy needs are very high. W3 AIR Compressed Air vacuum cleaner

The W3 AIR is a practical, multipurpose and handy industrial air vacuum cleaner. This wheeled vacuum cleaner, equipped with two Venturi pumps and an accessory basket, integrates into any industry where the use of an electrical power source is problematic due to the absence of an electrical power source or inability to use it. The small size of this wheeled vacuum cleaner, the attention to detail in its construction, and its practicality make it a valuable tool for metalworking, shipbuilding , or jobs that feature sandblasting activities. The two Venturi ejectors generate excellent performance (300m3/hour air flow rate) and are totally maintenance-free. This vacuum cleaner can work continuously under severe conditions without overheating or wearing out. Also available in a 25-nozzle version for increased air flow and in an ATEX version for work in hazardous environments.

Silovac 100T Thre-phase vacuuming silos

SILOVAC 100T is our three-phase suction silo, ideal for suctioning solids and dust. Its intelligent design allows it to integrate into the production plant as needed. Its modularity is highly valued by professionals who want to make the most of the silo’s capacity and not compromise on its suction power. It is equipped with a three-phase turbine that enables low maintenance and is constructed with the durable materials for continuous use. This silo vacuum is highly versatile, allowing you to choose from several options for each individual component, from its height to the power of its motor (3 to 4 kW) The suction unit is a high-performance side channel turbine, with direct coupling between the drive shaft and the impeller. Since it has no transmission systems, it does not require any ordinary maintenance and is suitable for prolonged continuous service.

The SILOVAC 600 industrial vacuum cleaner is a model of silo vacuum cleaner with a three-phase motor, suitable for constant and long-lasting use, requiring little maintenance thanks to its three-phase turbine. Constructed of the most durable materials, it can be integrated into a centralized vacuum system, customizing it with size and power to perfectly match the needs of the individual production facility. The square structure of the vacuum cleaner allows up to 600 liters of vacuumed material to be stored inside. Ideal for the removal and disposal of solids and dust. Telescoping frame with forklift grips ensures maximum safety in transport and during maintenance work. The machine is equipped with a CE-compliant metal electrical panel with 10m neoprene rubber cable with 63amp plug with star delta starting. All metal parts of the vacuum cleaner are epoxy powder coated. Available in Airflow version with high airflow turbine or High vacuum version with high vacuum turbine and ATEX certified version. The suction is generated by a side channel blower with direct coupling between the fan and the drive shaft without any transmission system. Maintenance-free, this machine is suitable for continuous activity. The turbine is equipped with a relief valve; in the event of blockage of the suction pipe, the valve cools the turbine itself by introducing air from the external environment. It can also be equipped with a Hepa safety filter to ensure maximum safety in heavy applications.

SILOVAC 600 PRO – Silo vacuum cleaner for large quantities of material

The SILOVAC 600 PRO industrial vacuum cleaner is a silo vacuum model with a three-phase motor, suitable for removing large amounts of material and discharging it directly into big-bags or collection drums. The frame, which can be forklifted as standard, ensures maximum safety during transport and during maintenance work. All metal parts of the vacuum cleaner are epoxy powder coated. The suction is generated by a side channel blower with a power of 7.5 kW. Maintenance-free, this machine is suitable for continuous activity. The class L PTFE-coated polyester filter is protected inside the steel filter chamber and guarantees a filtration efficiency of 3 microns. The manual filter cleaning system allows you to increase its life and maintain high suction performance. The sucked material is placed inside a silo hopper mounted on a sturdy 600 liter BIG-BAG telescopic frame, which allows for easy safe disposal thanks also to the discharge with a D250 mm manual butterfly valve.

Silovac 100 Single-phase vacuuming silos with medium capacity

The SILOVAC 100 industrial vacuum cleaner is a versatile and very practical vacuum silo model. Cylindrical in shape, it integrates in its head three single-phase motors developing a total power of 3300 W. Ideal for suction of solids and light dust, its robustness and reliability will be invaluable to your production plant. Standing 3 meters tall, its container can collect up to 100 lt of sucked material. The sucked material is easily discharged from the suction silo into a drum or BIG-BAG. Equipped with a manual filter shaker to ensure effective and consistent cleaning of high surface area filters, this silo is fully customizable. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame, equipped with non-marking swivel wheels with parking brake. In the upper part of the frame are sockets for forklift forking, which allows the silo vacuum to be moved without any difficulty.
