Horizontal cartridge filter
PULSATRON H
The PULSATRON H cartridge filter is a Pulse-Jet self-cleaning modular dust remover with pneumatic cartridge cleaning by blowing compressed air against the flow.
The pleated filtering elements are extremely efficient and abate 99.95% of 0.5µm particles, easily ensuring emissions of less than 1mg/Nm3.
The specific horizontal cartridge configuration allows there to be a descending air flowmaking the unit particularly suited for treating very light fine dust. Horizontal cartridge filter maintenance is carried out from the front and this makes cartridge replacement extremely quick and simple.
Cartridge cleaning is controlled by a sequencer panel that starts the washing cycle; this happens when the pressure drop through the filter reaches a preset value. Cleaning ends when the pressure drop falls below a second threshold: all the washing parameters (Δp of cycle start/start, Δp of clogged filter alarm, duration and frequency of the puff of compressed air) are adjustable based on the operating conditions.
