
Bag filter - HJL BAG
The HJL BAG series bag filters are fully customisable and tailored to the customer . They are systems made of S275JR steel in thicknesses suited for handling high dust loads for external installation and 24h/day operation.
The Ø125mm filtering bags, available in lengths varying from 2,500 mm to 4,500 mm, are equipped with reinforced bottom and SNAP-RING fastening system. The fibre of the bag is chosen based on the application. The bags are held in position by cut-proof, break-proof galvanised steel bag tensioning baskets. The bags and baskets can be removed from the walk-on filter roof.
HJL BAG series bag filters are equipped with a counter-current Pulse-Jet compressed air cleaning system. This is mainly composed of a compressed air tank, PED certified according to the 2014/68/EU standard, equipped with pre-wired “Full Immersion” membrane valve with BUS management system and electronic control unit installed on the filter for automatic cleaning based on when the bags are clogged. To optimise cleaning system efficiency, Venturi nozzles can be installed on each bag.
All the bags are connected to the earthing line to prevent static electricity from accumulating and to reduce the risk of sparking an explosion.
The bag filter dust discharge system is built with a collector auger at the bottom of the hopper and sealed rotary feeder for unloading in Big-Bags.
