The CLEANMIST® Solution for Oil Mist Centrifugal Filters

HFiltration_Mistcollector-Cleanmist-range.jpg
The CLEANMIST® range includes a vast series of oil mist centrifugal filters. Air polluted by oil mist or liquid coolant is channelled into the centrifugal filter, going through the intake with mesh to prevent solid materials from being suctioned.
A cone-shaped diffuser ensures that the mist particles and vapours are evenly distributed inside the impeller, where they are rapidly spun and pushed towards the filtering panels. As they go through the panels, the particles undergo coalescence, transforming into droplets, which are then drained to the outside through a specific drain pipe. Purified air is thus channelled towards the upper part of the centrifugal filter, where, if necessary, it is treated with a final cartridge or with a final electrostatic filter (FEF).

CLEANMIST® with Final Electrostatic Filter

CLEANMIST-con-Filtro-Elettrostatico-Finale.jpg

It operates based on the principle of ionisation of polluting particles. The air coming out of the CleanMist® filter passes through an “ionising” section where particles up to 0.03 µm (micron) receive a strong electrical charge. The air flow goes through a second “collector” section, made of plates with the opposite electrical charge. Ionised contaminant particles are thereby drawn to the plates and stick to them. The treated air is delivered back into the environment with 99% of the impurities removed.

PC® CYCLONE DUST SEPARATOR Solution For Reduces The Presence of Coarse Dust Particles.

HFiltration_ciclone-separatore-polveri-PC-Cyclone-con-bidone-5.jpg

The PC® CYCLONE is a pre-separator which, through centrifugal force, considerably reduces the presence of coarse dust particles.

PC® CYCLONE is used as preliminary treatment of the contaminated stream to partially abate the polluted elements in the air. The standard HFiltration cyclone supply includes the dust collection bin up to Ø1000 mm. To promote the discharge of the abated dust, in addition to the Ø1000 mm, a motorized rotary valve is installed by default below the cyclonic cone.

We suggest using the PC® CYCLONE dust separator as a pre-dust suppressor, paired with our Cart, HJL Bag or Pulsatron Compact® filters. Recommended for a wide range of industrial processes where dry dust and coarse dust or sparks must be treated. The head loss in these cyclones varies between 95 and 130mm H2O.

For heavy duty applications, the pre-separator can be made of wear-resistant steel (HARDOX®).

The Idrodust Compact® hydrodynamic filter Solution for a hydrodynamic dust, vapour and gas suppressor

Filtro-idrodinamico-IDRODUST-COMPACT-ID115.jpg

The Idrodust Compact® hydrodynamic filter is a hydrodynamic dust, vapour and gas suppressor that uses the effect of micromixing the air being treated with water.

The air to be treated enters the filter by passing through an expansion chamber which significantly slows down the flow which promotes the precipitation of coarse polluting particles; the air flow then passes through the venturi duct, dragging part of the water present in the filter. The centrifugation process, which humidifies the polluted air and retains the polluting particles, takes place in the venturi duct. Before the clean air is ejected, it passes through a droplet separator, depositing the particles of water trapped in the air flow onto this separator.

It has no parts that are subject to wear or clogging, which helps reduce maintenance.

  • Applications :
  • Sandblasting
  • Mechanical processing
  • Water soluble gas flows
  • Metal glazing
  • Generic dust

  • Efficiency: Emissions ≤ 10 mg/Nm³*
    *Other emissions obtainable on request
  • Extremely contained installation, use and maintenance costs
  • Multiple filter inspection access points
  • No risk of fire thanks to the presence of water

  • IDRODUST COMPACT® hydrodynamic filter with Sludge dredge

Filtro-idrodinamico-IDRODUST-COMPACT-con-Dragafanghi.jpg

The Idrodust Compact® hydrodynamic filter with Sludge dredge operation, similar to the standard version, differs in how sludge is automatically drained from the sedimentation tank. Scrapers collect the dust/sludge that settles at the bottom of the tank and it is transported mechanically to the outlet for disposal. The Sludge dredge prevents having to stop the machine to remove sludge, considerably reducing general management costs.

  • IDRODUST COMPACT® hydrodynamic filter with Venturi Pump

HFiltration_Hydrodynamic-Filter-Idrodust-Compact-Pump-2000x1000px.jpg

The Venturi Pump system consists of a 250 litre water tank connected to the IDRODUST COMPACT® filter tank. The tank is equipped with a pump that pushes the fluid into a rigid PVC pipe up to the nozzles inserted in the venturi pipe. The flow of air being treated is thus washed before entering the filter. A level switch to protect the pump is installed on the tank, which switches off the motor if the level of water in the tank drops below a safety threshold.

FOG DUST SUPPRESSOR Solution for dust removal in Open Spaces

HFiltration_Fog-Dust-suppressor_cava.jpg

is a machine designed for dust removal in open spaces where capturing suspended dust is particularly difficult. Dust abatement is performed through water mist.

A pump collects the water contained in the tank and pushes it towards the nozzles that are located on the outlet of the axial fan, which is able to extend the water sprayed from the nozzles towards the area affected

The automatic movement of the FOG DUST SUPPRESSOR is made possible by means of a gear motor, which provides a swinging movement of the nozzle of approximately 25°.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with an electrical panel for start and stop and an alarm siren if the minimum limit of the water contained in the tank is reached.
A level switch inserted in the water tank is able to automatically stop machine operation so as to avoid damage to the submersible pump. In the water tank it is able to automatically stop the operation of the machine so as to avoid damage to the immersion pump.

Five Tips Solution for Using a High Pressure Water Cleaner to Make it Last Longer

High pressure cleaner is a device whose process is based on the compression of water at high pressure. Basically the working principle of a high pressure cleaner is the same as an air compressor, but what sets it apart is the compressed object. For compressors, the compressed object is usually a gas or air, while for a high pressure cleaner it is a liquid.

Now we will give ” Five Tips Solution for Using a High Pressure Water Cleaner to Make it Last Longer” :

Sweeper with Fine Dust Solution -The RAVO HYGiON

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), fine dust is considered a first-rate cancer-causing agent that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Fine dust is divided into fine dust (PM10), consisting of particles smaller than 10 μm in diameter, and ultra-fine dust (PM2.5), dust particles smaller than 2.5μm in diameter. Ultra-fine dust in the air can cause health complications when inhaled because it can penetrate into the lungs and blood flow of a person.

FINE DUST
Particle matter pollution, better known as fine dust has become a growing issue for cities worldwide. More and more frequent cities have to take drastic measurements such as partial shut downs because the pollution is too high. But before talking about solutions, let’s look into what fine dust actually is. Fine dust is not visible to the human eye and exists out of Particulate Matters (PM). It can come in almost any shape or size, and can be solid particles or liquid droplets.

Particles can be divided into two major groups which differ in many ways. The coarse particles or PM10 (includes
smoke, dirt and dust from factories, farming, and roads, as well as mold, spores and pollen) are created through the crushing and grinding of rocks and soil, and then blown by wind.

THE RAVO HYGiON WITH SAIGA PARTICLE SYSTEM

An important step towards a cleaner sky and safer city environment: The RAVO HYGiON has all the advantages of the 5 iSeries with an extra benefit; It is equipped with the SAIGA Particle system. With this system the sweeping machine does not only sweep the streets clean it also captures the fine dust from the airstream out of the air.

The SAIGA Particle system brings electrostatically charged ions into the exit airflow of the sweeper.

By doing this dust particles are electrically charged. This attracts them to the opposite charged collector and binds them together. These particles are then collected on the frame and are transformed into larger pieces of dust. These will then clog to the system until cleaned.

This cleaning system has been designed in such a way that there is no need for any physical contact between the operator and the machine while cleaning the system. In this way it meets all safety standard and avoids the shaking of conventional fabric filters which can be found in other systems. Another great advantage is that this system does not effect the sweeping performance in anyway.
